You can get help with ReadCube Papers by clicking on Support in the top left-hand corner of the application.
This will open ReadCube Paper’s support site, where you can find help, report a bug, request a new feature for future versions, or send us a message. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
But first, briefly browse through the other topics, as there is a good possibility your query might already be answered. We write new support articles and add to our FAQs as we notice new common questions, so checking these are often the fastest way of solving a problem. To make life even easier, our helpdesk system will suggest highly relevant support articles to you while you type, just in case we've already answered your question!
