Why can't I print out an article I just paid for?

If you've just used ReadCube Checkout to purchase an article, you may be viewing it in your Web Reader and find yourself unable to print the article out. Please note that you can only print PDF purchases - 48-hour rentals and cloud purchases aren't available to be printed or saved to your desktop. For more information on access types, please see this article.
Use ReadCube's print button - not CTRL+P.
If you use the print button associated with your browser (or press CTRL+P), you will print out the ReadCube UI in addition to the article, and it will be mostly illegible. We suggest you use the print button available at the bottom right of the ReadCube Web Reader UI.
