Are you experiencing issues with Papers for iOS?
Before you request support, follow the instructions below to retrieve your log. This log can then be included with your support request. Including this log gives us a better idea of what exactly is going on and helps give you a quicker response. You can request support from the Papers Team online through Papers (Settings>Help>Contact Support) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at any time.
Go to Settings
Scroll to the bottom, tap on Credits and Licenses
Scroll to the bottom, tap to Enable Assistance
Dismiss the popup then recreate your issue
Go to settings and tap Email Log File
Send us the automatically generated email which includes your log file
