Are you experiencing issues with Papers 3 for Windows?

Before you request support, follow the instructions below to retrieve your Papers.log file. This log can then be included with your support request. Including this log gives us a better idea of what exactly is going on and helps give you a quicker response. You can request support from the Papers team online via email (support@papersapp.com) at any time.

In File Explorer, navigate to Users

Select your username and type AppData in the navigation bar

Open Roaming

Open Mekentosj

Open Papers 3

Locate the Papers.log file
