If you're using Microsoft Edge browser, you may encounter a problem opening articles in ReadCube in the web browser. This is a known issue but has a simple workaround:


  • Go to the settings section of the browser (click on the top right corner button with the 3 dots):


  • From the Settings menu, select "Clear Browsing Data"


  • In the next menu, select "Cached data and files"


  • Click on the bottom Clear button
  • Now reload the webpage - you should now be able to open articles in the PDF web reader
