How can I sync and download articles I added from the ReadCube Web Reader to my ReadCube Desktop library?

Many of you may have noticed that you can easily add articles from the ReadCube Web Reader to your free ReadCube Library using the "add to library" button.  To sync these articles to your ReadCube Desktop library, you first need to have ReadCube Desktop installed.  If you don't have ReadCube Desktop installed yet, you can download it at www.readcube.com.  Once successfully installed, be sure you log in using the same account you clicked the "add to library" button on.  After logging in, navigate to your library view by selecting the "library" tab along the left-side toolbar.  From here, select the "sync" option in the top right of your library, and your articles should appear immediately.

Please note that annotations & notes made using ReadCube Desktop cannot be synced back to the Web Reader at this time without an active ReadCube Pro subscription.  We are working on making this feature available in the future.  If you're still having difficulty syncing articles you've accessed using the ReadCube WebReader, please contact support at support@readcube.com.
