You can get help with ReadCube by clicking on Support in the lower right-hand corner of the application.
This will open ReadCube’s support site, where you can find help, report a bug, request a new feature for future versions, or send us a message. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
But first, briefly browse through the other Q&A topics, as there is a good possibility your query might already be answered by the "A" of a "Q&A." We write new support articles and add to our FAQs as we notice new common questions, so checking these are often the fastest way of solving a problem. To make life even easier, our helpdesk system will suggest possibly relevant support articles to you while you type, just in case we've already answered your question.
